MANAGEMENT

While Tom is still involved in agronomy on a daily basis, he also has developed an incredible skill-set for the business world as well. From managing multi-million dollar budgets to training a staff of 90, he has the leadership and visionary attributes required to shine. Outside the Golf World

Tom has taken his management and business skills outside of the golf industry as well. Two of these ventures are included here:

 

 

HOME BUILDER

During his time in Alabama at Greystone Golf & Country Club, Tom became a certified State of Alabama Home Builder, a license which he retains today. This allowed him to be in charge of building a 6 bedroom 5 bath home with over 6,500 sqaure feet.

BARBER SHOP VENTURE

Also while in Alabama, Tom started a new men's barber shop in town. The shop became a very successful business and Tom decided to sell it to one of the barbers after 4 years to free up his schedule a bit. The shop remains open to this day after 10 years in business.
